The signature on the attendance sheet is considered confirmation of familiarity with these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and their full acceptance.

Limitation of liability in case of seminar cancellation

1. Cancellation of the seminar by the organizer

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the seminar, move the date or change the lecturer for serious operational, technical or organizational reasons (e.g. serious illness of the lecturer, force majeure, insufficient number of participants, etc.).

In such a case, the participant has the right to:

  1. Full refund of the participation fee (entrance fee) paid

  2. Possibility of using the paid amount for another seminar date or for another seminar organized by the Organizer.

2. Exclusion of compensation for additional costs (damages)

The participant acknowledges and agrees that the Organizer is not responsible for compensating for any other costs and damages incurred by the participant in connection with the cancellation of the seminar.

In particular, the organizer is not obliged to pay:

  • Transportation costs (airfare, tickets, fuel, etc.).

  • Accommodation costs (hotel reservations, hostels, etc.).

  • Meal costs, lost profits or other related expenses.

The participant arranges all transport and accommodation at his/her own risk and is responsible for any cancellation or insurance. The organizer strongly recommends that travel services offer free cancellation or insurance against cancellation fees.
