Terms and Conditions:

1. Introductory provisions

1. The General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationships and obligations arising therefrom between Kristýna Idesová, with registered office at: Gen. Peřiny 16, Hustopeče 693 01, Company ID 74677551, Tel.+420776457878 (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and customers in connection with the purchase of a ticket for the event - lecture by Sonia Tan on 27. 3. - 29. 3. 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the "Event").

2. The Event is a one-time educational event organized by the Organizer outside the scope of its business activities. The Organizer does not conduct activities consisting of organizing educational events systematically for the purpose of making a profit.

3. The contractual relationship between the Organizer and the customer arises upon the purchase of a ticket for an Event organized by the Organizer.

4. The customer who purchases tickets from the Organizer hereby expresses his agreement with these general terms and conditions, which are binding on both contracting parties.

4. Other conditions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change the location and date of the Event.

2. The Organizer is not responsible for any change to the Event or its date or venue, nor is it responsible for its course, for any events that may occur during the Event, or for anything that may have its origin in the Event. It is not responsible for any damage or any other harm that may arise to the customer or any third party in connection with the Event. In particular, it is not responsible for any expenses that the customer may incur in connection with the Event, its change, cancellation or holding, except for the refund of the purchase price for the ticket.

3. In the event that the Event is cancelled, the customer will be refunded the purchase price after submitting a written complaint to the Organizer by bank transfer.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

For the reason stated in the provision of Section 1837, letter j) of the Civil Code, the purchase of a ticket for the Event cannot be withdrawn by the procedure pursuant to Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason), as in this case it is a contract for the use of leisure time and the performance (participation in the Event to which the ticket entitles) is provided on the specified date.

7. Governing law, place of jurisdiction

Contractual relations between the Organizer and customers are governed by Czech law and Czech courts are competent for any legal disputes.
